Workshops have taken place at The Bridge Community Centre on Thursdays from September through the beginning of December led by Sharon Haward & Léonie Young.

The workshops’ theme has explored the local heritage, personal histories & stories. The group has been encouraged to bring in objects which have a personal significance; these have included a stoneware bottle dug up in a garden & women’s magazines from WWII. Haward & Young have photographed these objects to create a range of images for the final large scale photographs.

The photographs will be installed on the gable wall & the front of The Bridge Community Centre in early January 2017. This will be coordinated with an exhibition of small format photos at Hastings Museum & Art Gallery 14 January-19 February 2017
